My internet speed is very slow, what do I do?
Sometimes Okla Speedtest isn't very reliable, sometimes it might show your server running at like 50mbps or something. In reality it is actually at a much higher speed because web browsers are unable to handle the bandwith. Download the Ookla speed test app and test on there, it will show a much more accurate result.
My server feels very slow, what do I do?
Try restart your server, that may solve the issue (You can do from above) if that doesn't fix it just message me and we will get it sorted. Sometimes lag on the server comes from client side as your internet could be slow. But just message me and we will get your issue sorted
I want a much more powerful server than what you offer on your site, where do I go?
Not an issue, please create a ticket in our Discord (https://discord.gg/eDe2JK2CsP) and we will give you any additional options that we offer for both EU and US.
I want to host my website or my API
Not an issue. We currently host websites and bot api's on our servers.
How long does it take to deploy a server?
Literally about 5 minutes. However sometimes it can take a little longer (We give a maximum time frame of 48 hours), but that is in the worst case scenario. Deployment is all automatic.
Where are my server details?
Please check your email for your server details. If you have any struggles your IP is on your dashboard. Your Username is always Administrator, your password is your root password that you put when signing up. If you have any issues please create a ticket in our Discord.
What are your servers ran on?
Our US servers are ran on Ryzen 7 3700x, 5600x and 5800x CPU's and our EU servers are ran on i9-9900k's, both are exceptional and will handle almost anything you throw at them.
